You may submit your account and personal-data deletion request via official email channel only.

1. Send email to：service@quevedatech.com
2. Mandatory information you must provide in your email (all fields required for verification):
• Your registered full name
• Registered mobile number linked to QueViraLoan account
• Registered email-id (if provided)
• Clear statement: “I request deletion of my QueViraLoan user account and associated personal data subject to applicable legal exceptions.”

We will not process incomplete requests missing above verification details.

1. Upon receipt of your valid deletion email, we will send an acknowledgment within 48 working hours.
2. We will cross-verify your identity and check whether you have any outstanding loan liabilities with S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED.
3. If no outstanding loan exists: We will initiate account-deletion procedures and complete processing within 3-5 business days.
4. If outstanding loan obligations are found: Your deletion request will be put on hold. We will inform you that settlement of loan is mandatory before account deletion can proceed. Your request may be re-submitted once the loan account is closed.

Even after your user account is deleted, QUEVEDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and our NBFC partner S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED shall retain certain records as required by applicable Indian laws, RBI directions, IT Act 2000 and DPDPA 2023. Retained records may include: Loan transaction history, repayment records, KYC documents mandated for regulatory compliance; - Records required for dispute resolution, audit, tax and legal compliance purposes.

These records will not be used for active marketing or new-loan-processing purposes once your account is deleted.

You will lose access to your QueViraLoan App account; you cannot log-in, view historical application records or raise new loan applications under the same account.

Non-statutory personal data will be permanently erased in accordance with DPDPA requirements. - Statutorily required records shall be preserved as mentioned above.
